"Receive Message Error" Issue

This problem has been happening to me for a while now. Whenever I create a character and try to send a message, I don't get any response. The only thing that appears when I try to chat with the character is the message "Receive Message Error", and it becomes impossible to talk to the character with this.

I've tried changing several things in the character, but nothing works. Every character I create gets this error.
